Pancakes at Lollipops Ellerslie
Earlier this week the preschool children at Lollipops Ellerslie made pikelets and pancakes for afternoon tea.
The children all sat around the table and took turns to pour the ingredients into the big bowl, and used their great big muscles to stir the mixture together. They had to wait patiently and work together to make sure that everyone had their turn and was a part of the baking experience.
